A few weeks ago I started to use https://forwardemail.net/ they have a free version in which you set the forwarding rules in the DNS configuration which means this information is public. I use the paid version for $3 / month in which I can configure the forwarding rules on their web UI and that information is kept private. It is an open source project so I find this money well spent.
