No. Program the utility to do it for you. Have a small mascot on screen. Make it cute. Make it half human, so people can relate to it. Make it somewhat office related, for humor. A paperclip with eyes might do the trick, but it can equally well be a cartoon Einstein figure, or anything else. Damn, you can even make it theamable. Have that mascot analyse what the user is doing. If it notices the user is sliding into a pattern it knows, all it has to do is pop up, and say something along the lines (sorry for the unfinished touch - I'm just making this up as I go along, you see):
"Hi! You seem to be writing a letter. Did you know that...", and offer the advice that is necessary to make people's work more productive. I think this idea has merits. Now let's see if we can get anyone to program it, and what the reaction will be.
