but to
be able to do that correctly, can you please be more elaborative? Like..
What is the configuration of your backbone machine.
What are the networking related packages that you already have on that.
In your 'dumb-terminals', do you wish to boot those from a floppy drive
or have you already
got, or are willing to buy some hard-disks for them?
Number of clients [dumb terminals] for your system?
Do you wish to implement networked filesystem?
and other information that you might find relevant?
