There are lot of installation utilities in Linux also. If you are
using Redhat Linux, then you should go for Redhat packet management
rpm. Redhat Linux 6.1 has the GUI based tool also - GNORPM. It is
quite easy to use. The only catch is that all the install files should
be in the rpm format
