Hi Rajeev,
The default document root directory in Apache is
/home/httpd/html.This is where you put your html's and stuff.The server root
directory is where you gonna find the files
httpd.conf,access.conf,srm.conf.This directory for Apache is usually
/etc/httpd/conf.Check it out...
