how to convert win downloaded (NS4.7) mails to Linux (having RH6.2)?
The prob is: graphics is not working on my box. X font server, netscape
GNOME, kde, etc are not working. so i am not able to access mails in GUI
. hence, i am using my win95 partition only for accessing mails.
now, i am getting Linux related mails from lists like this one. i have
to save relevant mails in a text file in a win folder. (ext2fs,
explore2fs don't write to linux partition)
reboot to linux. cat that text file. try the guidance given in the mail.
write observations to a text file. reboot to win. send mail of that text
file.
not exactly the ways things should be.
can i just copy my entire Linux folder from win-NS4.7 to Linux and read
in pine fetchmail or like that till graphical linux starts working.
