        Its your choice how you say it.........
        I'd say         100%    No compression
                        0%      Infinite compression :-wow
                        x%      each 100 bytes/kb/mb/gb converted to x
bytes/kb/mb/gb.

        But be clear. I would declare my uncompressed files as 100%
