This has been covered earlier. Using squid on Linux is nothing new, you
don't need to scream for that.

Use the squid.conf file, the manuals, the docs that came with squid and
your head (specially concentrate on the acl lines)

You can give WWWOffle a try, but it's slower than squid, although it's a
must if you're on a dialup network.
