If you want to run windows:
get a dos boot floppy and do
sys a: c:
also use fdisk (as always Linux fdisk is better than dos, it ensures your
dos runs well) to check that you have only one active primary partition,
the one with win on it.
If you can't boot your other linux partition, do the fdisk part using a
rescue diskset (yeah, floppies or SuSE single CD). Then rerun lilo after
checking lilo.conf
