| For getting to the root prompt, try hitting Ctrl-Alt-Bksp from within the X
| server. Or typr linux single at the LILO: prompt.

| Hope this will help. Anybody correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.
Since the system is running at running at level 5, pressing
Crtl-Alt-Bksp won't do the work. It simply reloads the X-server once
again. You'll just have to press Ctrl-Alt-F1 instead and edit the
file. Or IMHO, better still would be to go to single user mode if
there are too many problems.
