You're best option is to configure your Linux server as a Samba server.
Put your foxpro app on a shared volume and you can use it as a file
server just like NT.

This may be heresy on this list, but if these are your _only_
requirements and if 24x7 uptime is not a priority then migrating to
Linux will not get you much. You're probably better off preserving the
status quo. 

This is assuming of course that you are using legal NT & '95. If not,
then at least you've legalised your server.
