imwheel does that by translating the scrolls into up arrow and down arrow
presses, so anything will work. But for X-4.* yo shouldnt need any
extrastuff, use the proper protocol for the mouse in the XF86Config (
Mouseman2, imps etc ) and map the z-axis to keys 4 and 5. All there in the
xf86config man pages.
