How do I get that resolution? Following this thread, I
downloaded the Mplayer, compiled it and ran it. I
noticed some strangeness (to me). If I run the program
mplayer -vo fbdev
as user, I get "Cannot write to /dev/fb0". Checking the
permissions on /dev/fb0 showed write permissions to all. But
still it complained. Changed it +rw. Then it was running
fine. I could not get mplayer to play full-screen either
under X or fbdev. Any pointers would be helpful. I have X
3.3.6 and Mplayer is compiled with SDL support.
