1. You'll have to configure the SMTP server for the multidrop box append the 
envelope address to the mail header. 
2. Use the fetchmail -E option with the header line that the SMTP server is 
configured to hold the recepient address. Normally X-Apparently-To: or 
something like that.

That should get things working.

But better still, get rid of Multidrop mailboxes. It's *baad*.
