the right tool i believe is perl ;) invoked from procmail

parsing mime types are a bit difficult through regular expressions in a
single pass. Jari has a huge set of procmail recipes. Have a look at
http://www.procmail.org/jari/pm-code.html especially his mime section
called pmjamime.
BTW i tried to send the txt file you had asked but your address bounced on
bothe the occaisons. If you can mail me an alternative address, i can then
mail it to you there
