Hi friends,
Sorry if this sounds like an offtopic but I think it is
not. I am learning Linux & tried to install latest jdk 1.3.0 on Linux. I
downloaded it from Sun.
But when I try to install it I get error
bash: ./j2sdk-1_3_0_02-linux-rpm.bin: cannot execute binary file
doing ls -al j2* gives me
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 25639711 May 6 08:41 j2sdk-1_3_0_02-linux-rpm.bin
I am trying since morning but no luck. We can execute .bin files in Linux
no. THen why is it giving me this error.
Please help me.
