I am trying to boot an old p1 system from another pc. Unfortunately I have
no clue whatsoever on how to do this :-)
I have a bootrom on the client, when it loads up, it presents me with these
options:
Boot from
- netware rpl server
- win ntas rpl server
- lan server rpl server
- lan manager rpl server
- other rpl server
Can I boot remotely, running linux on the server? How?
I did take a look at a diskless HOWTO at linuxdocs.org, does that help? It
requires that I have netloader on the eprom of the nic... do I have to burn
this? How?
Any help would be appreciated.
