i got a problem which doesnt fits into this mailing list, but as the system
is on linux, so this question is here :)
my sys has two nic cards, the problem is that on booting the system, it
first tries to boot off the networks which then times out and then it
continues to boot off the harddisk.
if there was a single nic then there would have been no problem, but because
of two nic the system hangs, so i have to manually press 'home' key to skip
booting from network.
now the question is how do i disable this network booting option. is it a
feature of the nic or the motherboard. bios setting doesnt help.
