netscape sucks at running applets... esp. the older ones that came with
rh6.x
try mozilla0.9 + java plugin for the best applet support. (or should I say
better ?? )
or alternately you can use gyach which is a yahoo chat (clone ???)
something like cheetahchat and stuff on windoze...
