Hi,
   it shows these logs in cache.log during this problem,

 commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 8 to *:3128: (98) Address alread
y in use
FATAL: Cannot open HTTP Port
Squid Cache (Version 2.3.STABLE1): Terminated abnormally.
###########
i am not running any other application to 3128 port except squid
and i restart the squid while it was running and generated the above logs..

Help!!
