Sir,
I need to set the ulimit parameter for all the users
so that it is fairly large(Linux kernel 2.2.14).
The problem is if i do the same for root than it is
done easily,but when it comes to user x,it is giving
me
Operation not permitted.Can i set it globally for all
users.
Hoping for the best
