RedHat supports network installation. So, just put the CD on the
machine with the drive, run a webserver/ftp server/nfs server there,
and you should be ok. Create a bootdisk from images/bootnet.img on the
CD, and make sure that you have a linux compatible NIC.

I am not sure if you can have it the windows way - because getting a
shell on linux is much more involved than just having msdos.sys and
command.com.
