Look for the "Devel versions".  Mutt 1.3.x (current devel: 1.3.19) is
available from ftp://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/devel/

And if you follow a devel version, lurk on [EMAIL PROTECTED] (if not
[EMAIL PROTECTED])
