wvdial guesses wrong in this case. Your isp is expecting to receive the
login name. However the non-std prompt is confusing wvdial and making 
it send the command "ppp", thinking "Account#" to be a shell prompt . You
have to use the stupid mode and fill in the prompts exactly in the
wvdial.conf file.
