My personal experience with both these MTAs (Qmail and Sendmail) at different sites
[dot com, isp, small business
segments, highly secure enterprises] has me convinced that Qmail is much much better
on various counts. Purely from a
technical point of view Qmail outshines Sendmail. I have also installed and seen
Qmail performing exceedingly well on
FreeBSD machine.

Suresh, I wonder why your office is using such a complicated setup when you could have
done it all purely in Qmail?

Having said as much I also know that sendmail ***with the right configurations***
would also serve well!
