hi guys,
I am trying to do project on network
database..
I have just intialized postgresql(mean to say
instantiated the db).
But the major problem i'm facing is i dont know how
to access the database form C language..
It says to start postmaster and then run the
C-connection program..
But i've ended in confusion as when i start
postmaster i will be in 'bash$'(in /var/lib/pgsql)
from where i cannot execute any program in C.
I also tried to change dir to /home/user1 but the
permission was denied.
Guys anybody knowing about this part of story please
