Thanks for the link. These  Russian sites really amaze me.
Just browsed through the page. Sounds promising though ...

If postgres is installed, it is worth a try. But are there
any Linux clients which supports V3G/ V5 protocol ? AFAIK,
the Win ICQ-99b does.
