In the good old dBase-III+ days there used to be a MS-DOS app
which used to convert dBase .prg files to .c.  Forgotten such
things now ... if somebody remembers, please come forward.

Not exactly 100% foxpro, have a look at flagship .. It is not 
GNU or GPL ... IIRC, over a year ago it was free  for indivi-
dual use after registration ... Don't know the state now.
