Hi , My friend and myself are doing a project on Voice Chat using Linux OS. We are using GSM for compression and decompression of sound.
When we run the coding we get distorted signals on either ends. Is there anything that should be done for the sound configuration for the linux machine. Is it so that the two systems should have the same sound devices and configurations. Please reply immediately as we are in the final stage of our project testing and only a very short time is left out for completion.
