No such advanced tab in menu editor. It's in configure panel as there is no 
system menu with mandrake. Configuration->KDE->System does not have a system menu.

In menu editor, there is an extended tab which has attirbute value pairs. No hot 
keys etc..

But I will try to hunt it down. It has to be somewhere..If it's there for you, 
it must be somewhere in KDE configs..
