to be fair enough, pine has had POP support since a long time too. If one
wants access to multiple accounts, from config ( or in the .pinerc )

enable incoming folders

And then add the folders in there, the syntax is

"nick-name" {host_name/POP3/user=myname}INBOX

and as is normal, if one uses raw IP instead of host_name

nick-name" {[Host.IP]/POP3/user=myname}INBOX

Its a good idea to disable rsh in pine otherwise it would wait till timeout.

one can define url viewers in pine.

One can actually directly add urls in to ones bookmark file, right from
pine
