In principle it is always possible to take out parts of the graphics in a PS file as its an editable file. But, practically, it will awfully hopeless to separate parts of a graphics if the whole file is created in one stroke. Better, go the original process of creating all anew.
But, if you have joined several parts of the figures separately and then joined together to a single PS file, it should be easier to split them apart. But you should be familiar with PS language.
