This, I think, refers to the ICH/MCH (I<something> Controller Hub/Memory
Controller Hub).

These are not the network Hubs you think they are... So no, you cannot do
NIC stuff with this 'card' which really is the i8xx chipset on your
motherboard!

supermount is your friend here.
