My only suggestion is to append them to the end of the mail in
a nice formatted manner if possible, rather than putting it on
top with no word-wrap. I would also advocate using the http
rather than the https for LIH URL. I got personal mails to a
few mails to whom I had sent replies (for the "Unsubscribe me"
kind of pleas) stating that they could not access https (for
reasons quite obvious) ...
