Such services cost money, sort of ;)  That said, some people do this on a
hobby basis at any rate.  At least one or two nanae
(news.admin.net-abuse.email) regulars have an open offer - they'll provide
free (and heavily filtered) forwarding mail accounts to all nanae posters
they know and can trust.

Otherwise, just get yourself a mail.com / email.com account (hassle - only
webmail, forwarding / pop3 / smtp auth costs some trivial amount per year).
We do some rather heavy filtering right now.  Or go the whole hog and get
yourself a pobox.com account.
