True, however, the problem here is that the links are listed in one 
frame and open in another.  WIMP interfaces aren't all that easy to use 
if you can't see what you're doing.  Try working with your monitor off 
or even worse, with your monitor's horizontal scan rate halved (I've 
done it), or after a few shots of neat Vodka (I've ... nevermind).

The only relatively easy to use interface is one where the keys/buttons 
you have to press don't move around, and all content opens up in the 
same - predictable place.
