You know what? There are things like documentation, where such
queries are answered.
Anyway, it is:
allow-recursion {
192.168.100.0/24;
}
to allow recursive queries only from that network.
You really ought to read up on bind's configuration file syntax and
options. There are too many of them to mention here.
