This is a  very `clean room' implementation of an  idea.  Only this need
be allowed. ;-)

This idea will bring vendor fights onto the list.  This will mess up our
fights and folks would get confused.

This is calling  for more spam, still more spam.   A cockroach would get
through a hole if it is just allowed to feel it with its whiskers.

Promotion at what cost ?.... we clearly steer away from this altogether.
