Thanks Sanjai. It worked with about 98% success. Only a few
images has grey beackground, while all other white ( may be
transparent ).

Also I got following error, while it appears that, I got all
the images converted.

Is it necessary to convert equations to images? Is it not so
that html now a day can have math equations?
