I have been using gmx for over two years now, and it rocks. Only one
problem though - being in germany, it is rather far, network-wise.
Another one I can recommend is fastmail.fm - I know the guy there,
Jeremy Howard - he's a geek.
You *could* use any of our stuff (mail.com, email.com, graffiti.net,
linuxmail.org and stuff) but pop3 / forwarding costs you. And the
webmail interface needs javascript. No nonsense attitude towards spam
guaranteed though :)
