Not just that. You can use kmail's filtering system to get all (say) LIH mails into one folder, right click on the folder's name, select properties, check the checkbox saying "Folder holds a mailing list" and enter the list post address there. Now, when you select Message->Reply List, the mail correctly goes to the list, whereas if you select Message->Reply All, it will go the list -and- the original sender. Mutt too, has similar functionality. You just say which all mailing lists you get (via the lists/subscribe configuration commands) and the use the list-reply function to reply to the list, and group-reply to reply all over the place.
