Dear Mr. Amol,

I accept the fact that there are certain fields we lack behind, but we are
learning. Organization is being made by individuals and they have to mind
before what they say or commit. Though I m in no way proving Dishnet
correct, but on this linux platform as an individuals we sure can assist
each other.

I will highly appreciate if you can provide me details of USB modem
installed at your end, n ur OS.

I m working at Delhi, n I do keep in touch with all the service related
issues despite being in sales. Regarding DNS u can just send me the list of
servers u communicate I will ask my technical persons to look into the same.
We have recently switched to staellite gateway in Mumbai, I hope speed has
improved. But still its better be late than never.

with regards,
Sanjeev Chauhan
