reverse delegation is very complex in CIDR.
normally when u register a domain name say a.com with ip address x.x.x.x

nslookup x.x.x.x may not work because your ISP will not, do the reverse
delegation for small number of IP's unless u ask them to do so.

please ask your ISP to give u a reverse delegation and then,
your problem will be solved.
