man ipchains (kernel 2.2)
(or)
man iptables (kernel 2.4)

U should do something like [ me a bit rusty with ipchains now :) ]

# ipchains -A forward -s source-ip -d dest-ip 80 -p tcp -j REDIRECT 8080

or u can use an input chain instead of a forward chain. Oh yes, u also
need to enable ip-forwarding.

Then set up NameVirtualHost <ipaddress> and all the necessary Vhost
entries, read the apache manual for setting up Vhosts.
