Hi Listers, I am using PCQ Linux (with upgraded KDE 2.2.1)with Star Office and Open Office. But I am unable to print in Linux. Printer is 24 pin EPSON LQ 1070 dot matrix printer. Configured the printer as a local in LPT1 port(/dev/lp0) with EPSON dot matrix printer drivers using print conf-gui utility and later using CUPS did not produce the result. Configuration goes alright , but the test print page always prints only half the page width. I checked the page size in the setup, it is A4 size , correct size. In windows , the printing goes without hitch. What could be the problem? Pl help.
