Hi friends,
Since past three days, we have been observing the mail with nor relavent subjects or
no subject at all.

Here is some posting guidelines i found from linuxppc.org.
Do list admin planning to add this to existing mailing list guidelines ?

OK, so what information should I include in my post?

In order to be helpful, there are a few things you should let everyone know, but you
don't need to write a novel.

1)Use a clear, relevant subject header
It should be closely related to the subject matter of the posting. Don't use noise
words like newbie or help, and don't use ALL CAPS or other tricks to get attention.
You'll get attention all right, in the form of having your posting delayed until it
can be examined to determine why the spam filters trapped it.

2)Be specific about what you're having a problem with
Start your post with your problem so readers can tell immediately if they might be
able to help you (and keep reading) or not. If they have to read your life story
before you get to your point they probably won't bother.

3)Your skill/knowledge level in the area of difficulty
It's important that we know how experienced you are, so that we know how much to
explain. If you're an expert, we don't need to tell you how to compile something, but
if you're a newbie, you may need some step-by-step instructions.

4)Relevant version numbers and/or hardware specs
Be sure to include version numbers of all relevant software, and if it is a hardware
problem, include the type of machine and piece of hardware where applicable. Remember
that many different models of PowerPC hardware require different procedures for
certain things, especially booting, so make sure you include that information if it's
necessary.

5)Any error messages
If there are error messages, make sure you include them, verbatim, if possible. While
we don't need to see all 5,000 copies of the message, you should note repetitions of
the same error message.

6)What you have tried so far
It's important to know what you've tried, so other people don't suggest possible
solutions that you have already thought of.
