certain solutions come to mind.
o delete the user?
o tell him not to use startx?
Obviously this is not what you want.
Actually i faced this kind of problem earlier,
but not with such extreme consequences.
Most probably, the problem lies in the X initialization scripts.
like .Xauthority which contains some keys.. (not sure)
I sincerely suggest deleting the user and adding him once more
which should solve the problem.
