Can a machine outside the proxy dhcp server enabled as a web server access a fixed pc inside the network for its information and page display and other utilities as database and mail? Second, can a machine be given a fixed ip using the dhcp and also rights that allow users to bypass proxy and dhcp if accessing this machine ip?
