Go get yourself a usenet account from somewhere (at least
groups.google.com) - and before reading any other newsgroups, look at the
news.newusers.questions group.
Oh, and if you are going to post on usenet, please use a far shorter sig
than the one you are using ...
-srs (some years back, your newsreader would automatically put you
on that newsgroup...)
