I am using Redhat 7.2 + Qmail on a dialup connection on my gateway pc.
I am able to successfully download the mails from mail.abc.com for my
users by using fetchmail.
When I send out mails through the Linux box to any domain like yahoo.com
or hotmail.com, i get the following error message in /var/log/maillog:
delivery 126: failure: <Mail Server IP> does not like recipient/Remote
host said: 550 not local host [EMAIL PROTECTED] not a gateway/Giving
up on <Mail Server IP>
I have the entry :mail.abc.com in /var/qmail/control/smtproutes.
I connect to the Internet using VSNL dial-up connection.
How can I resolve this prob?
